The good news is the Severe Weather threat is over, but yes this is the biggest Severe Weather outbreak we have had since april 2011. A year ago we had snow on the ground, we can half a half ago we had snow and sleet. But tonight the radar is dry. Remember this started as heavy rain before the sun came up, and then things really got cooking this afternoon. The National Weather service here in raleigh, issued 21 Tornado Warnings today for central North Carolina. All of last year, they issued five. An incredible outbreak today. That is tonight, it has cleared out, but more changes are on the way tomorrow. As for tonight, in the overnight hours, look at our current wind gusts it is still a windy evening, and these winds will not be a strong as we headed to the overnight hours but it is to want to be breezy, including when you head out the door tomorrow morning. The warm front that moved way up there to the north. Now we wait on a cold front that will move through and drop our temperatures

SACRAMENTO, Calif. Ronda Boone, of Vallejo, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Troy L. Nunley to five years in prison and ordered to pay $1,968,650 in restitution for a multimillion-dollar tax fraud and money laundering conspiracy. The defendants attempted to steal more than $4.5 million from the IRS, said Michael Daniels, Acting Special Agent in Charge IRS Criminal Investigation. When their scheme finally worked, they moved their money through various accounts, including overseas. Once again this shows the severe nature of fraudulent tax refund schemes perpetrated against the IRS. Today s sentencing sends a clear message that those involved in these types of schemes will be held accountable for their crimes.
