Pleasant Hill Police Officers arrived within seconds and saw the man in front of the apartment complex at 100 boyd road. Officers confirmed he was in possession of an assaultstyle rifle and was wearing a ballistic vest. He ran into the apartment complex. Local residents were contacted and advised to shelter in place.
