ATTY. RECEIVES WORKERS’ COMP DESIGNATION: Martin J. Boetcher, a partner at Youngstown-based Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd., recently achieved board certification by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in workers’ compensation law.
The specialist designation requires an advanced course of ongoing legal education, a rigorous written exam and favorable evaluations by other lawyers and judges, as well as measurable involvement in the specialty area.
Boetcher’s practice includes representing employers and companies involved in workers’ compensation and employment matters. He also represents companies, private and public organizations in other legal matters.
