Five days of Tropical Storm harvey, and the governor of texas says the worst is not over for some parts of the state, as torrential rain continues to fall. Both the death toll and the water levels are still on the rise. At least 25 people are known to have died. The flooding has forced a number of oil and gas refineries to shut down, affecting almost a quarter of americas fuel output. The storm has now moved on to neighbouring louisiana. Lives have been lost, homes have been ruined and people are still trapped. From the air, we spotted this couple, desperate for help.
