IRVINESTOWN man, Martin Maughan (49) from Hudson Heights was arrested at the weekend for being unlawfully at large from Magilligan Prison.
Four years ago, with just three weeks left of his sentence, Maughan was released on compassionate leave but failed to return.

A BANNED motorist allegedly drove at over 90mph as police pursued him in Belfast, a court heard today.
Martin Maughan (46) mounted pavements, crossed into oncoming traffic and headed on the hard shoulder of the M1, it was claimed.
Police said a stinger device was deployed during attempts to bring his car to a halt yesterday afternoon.
Maughan, of Ross Rise in the city, appeared at Belfast Magistrates Court on a total of five charges.
