Which means some of those new starters, many of those people who started self-employment in the last couple of years, may finally get some provisions in this fourth grant, he commented.
Martin added: One can only hope that the reason for this rather cruel delay is because there are substantial changes being made that will help more people.

Martin Lewis was back on ITV s This Morning, providing important money saving tips and insight in yet another week of support for Britons. Today, accompanied by presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, he took calls from people with questions about their finances. One Briton named Jenny wrote in to tell Martin about an account she previously held which she had not accessed in a number of years.
The time at which a credit card should be paid off was also a question posed by Ian, who looked for more clarity.
Martin went on to explain: “When you pay it off in the month is neither hither nor tither, as long as you pay it off in full!
“What I would suggest you do is to set up a Direct Debit to clear this in full each month.”
This approach is likely to be advantageous for Britons looking to tackle any credit card arrangements they may have.
