Francisco to antioch has been feeling the heat. Abc7 was in san jose where nine cooling stations are open until 9 00 to give people a safe place out of the heat. Parents are with the child. I was very concerned that that baby was going to be harmed. Very concerned. When i found out that he was okay, got me right here. Reporter got us all right here. Police have made an arrest, they charged the woman with kidnapping, but are not releasing her identity at this point. It is frightening. Do we know if theres any connection . Did she know the babys parents . Reporter thats the big question right now. Police are saying not that they know of. They didnt know whether they were people that knew each other, or if this was a random person who walked by the car, saw a baby in it, and just took off.
