Greene Street, 11 undeveloped lots are being built on or marketed currently. The owner of the lots is Ray Westall. The developers and builders are Wanda Welch and Betty Blea. The plan is to build out the remaining lots that have been approved, and then begin work on subsequent phases of the this subdivision that will develop the remaining portion of the Westall property. Thurston C-Hill Development: located to the west of Brentwood Place and to the east of Miehls Drive, this new residential development will create 14 new single family residential lots for development. The owner and developer of the property is Ken Thurston. This development is in the early planning stages.

Today’s obituaries: Bruce Martin worked at Carrier, experienced Covid complications Updated Feb 01, 2021; Bruce Gordon Martin, 82, of Chittenango, died Saturday following a brief hospitalization for Covid, according to his obituary. In 1956, Martin was named Athlete of the Year at Chittenango High School, where he played football, basketball and baseball. He graduated from Chittenango the same year. After graduation, Martin successfully led Martin Farms, the family farming business in Cazenovia. He also worked as an electrical control board quality control specialist for Carrier Corporation. Later, he worked as a sales representative for Chase Pitkin, and served on the Town of Sullivan assessment review board.
