Dean Bowditch came off the bench to score a last minute winner for Brighton as the Seagulls defeated Bradford 3-2 at Valley Parade. Bowditch was introduced in the 70th minute for his second sub appearances for his latest loan club.
Martin Brittain will not be offered a permanent deal by Yeovil Town, according to reports in Somerset. Brittain, who spent much of the season on loan at Huish Park, has been released by the Blues with his contract up at the end of June.
Town are reported to have made a new bid of £500,000 for Blackburn Rovers striker Franny Jeffers. Chairman David Sheepshanks has confirmed that the Blues have upped their offer, while Derby County manager Billy Davies has denied any interest in the former England man.
The Blues will not offer winger Martin Brittain an extension to his Town contract. Brittain moved to Portman Road last summer on a free transfer from Newcastle after impressing in a trial spell.
Fabian Wilnis, Jaime Peters, Michael Synnott and Sammy Moore have all agreed to sign their new contracts with the Blues. Defender Ian Miller has been offered another one-year deal at Portman Road, not a three-year contract as previously reported.
