The Capital City Arts Initiative announces its exhibition, Pinhole Properties, with artwork by artist Nancy Raven at the city’s Community Development Building [formerly the BRIC] located at 108 E Proctor Street, Carson City. The building is open to the public daily, 8am – noon, 1-4pm.
