You might find the video disturbing. The boat rocked as the winds picked up. The area was under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning at the time. Winds reached over 60 miles per hour. 31 people on board including two crew members when the boat capsized. There are children, we are told, among the fatalities. At this time, we have 11 confirmed fatalities. Of the 7 that were transported, one had serious injuries. There was heavy wind and it was having problems through the wind. Six people remain missing.
