Richard McCarthy has been nominated to serve as the next state fire marshal and Richard Desjardins has been appointed as the new director of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) The Department of Public Safety is nominating the assistant fire marshal to lead the agency and tapping the Maine Criminal Justice Academy director to lead the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
Maine officials nominated new leaders for the state's Drug Enforcement Agency and fire marshal. The fire marshal candidate is Rich McCarthy and the MDEA candidate is Rick Desjardins.
