Sean Thomsen, 36, who appeared on season five, branded an upcoming scene of the pair kissing pure producer manipulation in a scathing Instagram post on Friday.
He shared a dramatic trailer for Sunday s commitment ceremony episode, along with a play-by-play of a similar experience he had during his time on the show in 2018.
