LA MARQUE, Texas Calls for justice in the death of Joshua Feast could be heard through the streets of La Marque over the weekend.
Dozens of demonstrators marched Saturday from a local food market to the steps of La Marque City Hall. Bad cops got to go, they chanted. Bad cops got to go.
Moreover, they want more transparency from the police department and request footage from the shooting be released to the public.
La Marque police have identified Officer Jose Santos as the one who opened fire on 22-year-old Joshua Feast, who died on Pirtle Street on Dec. 9, 2020.
