All charges against Marquas Gregg, 21, a former football player at Virginia Union University in Richmond, were withdrawn after a prosecutor said the evidence against him was insufficient. Gregg was charged in the September shooting death of NSU engineering student Jahari George.
Prosecutors urged a Norfolk judge to not grant Camari Warren bond, and the judge agreed. Warren is due back in court on March 11th for a preliminary trial.
