Bluebird society conference to be held online for all to view
Saturday s virtual event will offer Back to the Basics lessons

BUCYRUS - No masks, no distancing. The Ohio Bluebird Society is bringing a day full of Back to the Basics in its annual conference, virtually, on Saturday.
The speakers are not sharing just eastern bluebirds, but will be addressing challenges and updates related to many cavity-nesting species.
The four main power points will be available for watching and listening on Saturday. Go to ohiobluebirdsociety.org and tune in to any segment. Listen as long as you can. Return later to continue. Since these presentations will be posted online you will be able to return as often as you would like.

Dirt on Achieving Gardening
When: 10 a.m. Jan. 12
What: The key to a successful garden depends on the composition of the growth medium. This program will examine how to determine what you have in your soil and how to make the necessary changes to attain an ideal garden soil. The speaker is Bill Snyder, Mahoning County Master Gardener, and Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist.
