A group of protestors opposing plans to construct an Atlanta Police Department training facility in southeast Atlanta accused police of using plastic bullets and pepper spray while arresting multiple protestors on Tuesday.
The GBI charged five activists opposed to a planned Atlanta police training center with domestic terrorism after alleged attacks on police cars and EMTs, the AJC n reported.
Atlanta police are hoping a $25,000 reward will lead to those responsible for continued crimes committed in protest of the so-called "Cop City" project.
Brassfield & Gorrie's office in Birmingham, Alabama, had several broken windows, paint splashed on its sign and graffiti painted on a window that said: “Drop Cop City or Else.” The vandals appeared to leave the scene in a white Toyota Prius on 31st Street.
