MARLINGTON BOARD – Marlington Local Schools Board of Education plans a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the Marlington High School Digital Learning Zone. In a release the district said the meeting will be held for the following purposes: “(1) to consider and take action on any and all board of education meeting minutes. (2) to consider and take action on the employment and compensation of a public employee.” The district also said it will livestream the meeting on the Marlington Technology Department’s YouTube channel.
SARTA MEETING – The board of directors of Stark County’s public transit agency will conduct its July board meeting from 5 to 6 p.m. at its headquarters, 1600 Gateway Blvd. SE in Canton.
