We are hearing in terms of the timing of the trial, theres going to be a vote tomorrow about whether it is constitutional, whether it should go forward and, of course, we will be looking very closely to see if the vote there replicates the initial vote about whether this should move forward in which you had essentially 45 you had very strong agreement among republicans that they did not think this was constitutional. Only five saying that the trial should move forward. The question becomes, what will the timeline look like, andrea . Will this in fact seep into next week .
