Whats the plan to stop this, lili . The first step is to clean off the graffiti, which the city did earlier this morning on the wall that you see right behind me. You can still see faint outline of that graffiti. In light of recent events, the city hopes to step up security and soon. It happened within five minutes. Surveillance video shows a group of people tagging a restaurants wall last night. They started with the garbage can and worked their way down a 100foot stretch. They nonchalantly do what theyre doing and people walking by, nobody says a word to them. This restaurant is tagged about once a week. Very annoying. Id rather it not happen.
