Reporter its where a 32yearold man found in his car with him a missing 14yearold girl. I believe he should be locked up. Reporter police say that same man attacked a philadelphia sheriffs deputy. The weapon his car . It happened last night around 11 30 at the intersection of seventh and bigler. Two sheriffs deputies were working on a task force locate a runway 14yearold girl. They spotted her with the suspect. 32yearold devon harley at the intersection in his car. The deputies tried to get him to cooperate but he hit the gas and one of them. Police say after hallway hit the deputy he took off to the 900 block of johnson street and sure enough thats where they would find his white pontiac grand me after the impact the side view mirror fell off. Luckily no one was seriously injured he oh would be caught
