JOHNSTOWN An adjuster is recommending to the Fulton County Industrial Development Agency’s insurance carrier that repairs for vandalism that occurred at the Tryon Technology Park be reimbursed.
IDA Executive Director James Mraz gave the IDA board an update on the situation at its Tuesday virtual meeting.
He said that on Oct. 22, he met with Robert Marks, Marks Adjustments, Inc., to inspect damage and take photos of vandalism at Tryon. He said that on Dec. 2, Marks emailed back and advised that he recommended to the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal that it reimburse the IDA’s cost for making emergency repairs.
