YouTubers are making big bucks these days, “Forbes” latest Highest-Paid YouTube Stars list reveals a kid once again raked in the most dough in 2020.
Ryan “Ryan’s World” Kaji– just nine years old – has topped the list for the third year in a row.
Kaji is beloved by 41-million subscribers and counting for his fun, family-friendly content about toys, games, education and clothes. He managed to make nearly $30-million this year – which “Forbes” notes comes mostly from “licensing deals for more than 5,000 Ryan’s World products – and rake in over 12-billion views on his videos this year.

While 2020 wasn t, um, great, for most of the world s population, for a select group of 10 people, it was all rather lucrative.
Last week, Forbes published its annual list of highest-earning YouTube stars and 10 extremely fortunate folk were shown to have spent 2020 raking it in. Before we get into it, note that the earnings stats are based on data from June 1, 2019 to June 1 of this year and that fees for YouTubers agents, managers and lawyers (the latter of which controversy-ridden Jeffree Star probably had to fork over a lot for) aren t deducted.

It’s time for your annual reminder that kids these days, are earning way more than we could have ever imagined ten years ago.
Ryan Kaji continues to break records with his YouTube channel, Ryan s World.
The 9-year-old star has been named the highest-paid YouTuber of 2020 by Forbes for the third year in a row, beating out other well-known YouTube personalities like Jimmy Donaldson (Mr. Beast) David Dobrik, Jeffree Star, and 6-year-old Anastasia Radzinskaya.
On a weekly basis I think to myself: Why oh why did I not start a YouTube channel back in 2015? I have no idea what videos I’d make, but I know they’d absolutely bang. Never in my life would I have been given damp-induced asthma from a grotty student house, and right now would probably be hanging out with Molly-Mae in the Maldives, or every single other Love Islander ever in Dubai. I’d maybe even be on the list of this rich list of highest-paid YouTube stars of 2020, which Forbes has just very helpfully published to remind us all of how unaccomplished we are.
