Isuzu Motors South Africa recorded total sales of 2587 trucks and buses in 2020. Trucks led the charge with total sales of 2570 units.
Isuzu says this accomplishment makes them the best-performing Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle segments for eight and seven consecutive years respectively.
Despite harsh trading conditions in a commercial vehicle market in 2020, which was down 18.9%, the vehicle maker s share increased by 0.4%.
The company recorded total truck sales of 2570 units in 2020, representing 13.4% of the overall market.
