The Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry announced that the New Orleans North Music Festival presented by Harrah's Joliet will take over the Joliet Slammers Stadium in 2024, offering locals a chance to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the French Quarter without stepping foot on a plane.
