新发地方面还表示，总体而言，猪肉价格相比于今年春季一直在缓慢下行，受出栏情况及国家储备猪肉收储等消息影响，价格曾出现小幅波动，但由于供应状况改善，后期肉价仍将呈现缓慢的波动下行走势。
最近一周白条猪价格有所上涨
在价格方面，7月23日，新发地市场白条猪的批发平均价是19.0元/公斤，比上周同期（7月16日）的18.75元/公斤上涨1.33%；比上月同期（6月23日）的15.75元/公斤上涨20.63%。
对于白条猪供应量下降及价格上升的情况，新发地市场统计部刘通向新京报记者表示，“白条猪供应量周环比略有下降的原因是，周中期有1家屠宰厂连续2天没有到货，致使上市量减少，进而导致价格随之上升。”
