OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT
AKHMED ASFAR, 35, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Queens Road, Banbury on January 11. He had 78mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 40 months.
GRAHAM STEWART, 52, of School View, Banbury, admitted drug-driving on Oxford Road, Banbury on November 20. He had 338mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Oxford Magistrates Court OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT HANNAH DAVISON, 30, of St John’s Road, Wallingford, admitted driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on February 2. She was fined £66 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points. JONATHAN WHILD, 30, of Maberley Close, Abingdon, admitted drug-driving on October 31 in Abingdon. He had 408mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He also admitted having 5.6mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.
