Investigators say officers ashleigh steil and Jeremiah White saw 25yearold Markell Bivins fighting with his ex girlfriend. When the two officers tried to pull bivins away, he reportedly stabbed the victim and the officers opened fire. The incident was not captured by any body cameras. Body cameras . Are . Developing story right now Cedar Rapids Police are still looking for a former substitute teacher accused of sexually exploiting a student. Right now Mary Beth Haglin is . Not in the linn county jail. Jail. A warrant was issued for her arrest after police say she order with that student. Haglin worked as a substitute teacher at Cedar Rapids Washington High School and admitted to having a sexual relationship with a student in a june interview with cbs 2 news.
