Been a very quiet neighborhood, especially since highend real estate has come to this area. Juanita regularry brings her dog here. Very nervous in and out. The police were called for a person down at 5 30 this morning. The male victim had been stabbed and one source says mutilated. We were talking about how we were walking there late last night could have been right when it was happening. But we didnt see anything. Police have in the released many details but say they dont believe its random. At the Station Police say they have not seen an uptick . Incidents here. I dont think there is anything that the people necessarily have to be concerned for their own safety with. We do have patrols up there already. But i am definitely increasing those.
