President obama wants americans to take time out to volunteer and also to give back. Mr. Obama and the first lady spent the morning visiting Burrville Elementary School in dc, helping out by filling book shelves and talking to volunteers at the school. This year, as it has been since 2009 when president obama first took office, the administration is trying to expand the concept of volunteerism.
