Nearly 200 new apartments could be built near downtown Concord as early as next spring, according to a new plan before the city’s Planning Board.
The project called Rail Yards, was proposed by Dakota Partners, a Massachusetts developer, and includes six residential buildings, a clubhouse and two commercial units.
The site is on Langdon Ave, with the railroad and South Main Street serving as borders. The two commercial units, which do not have a proposed tenant yet, would sit closer to South Main Street, while the six residential buildings and the clubhouse will surround a green space father back from the road.
