Friday, Jan. 29, was another tragic day at the intersection of Stone Road and Highway 26. After a high-speed rear-end collision, Boring man Grant Fisher, 23, was hospitalized and later pronounced deceased. Oregon State Police say at approximately 6:05 a.m. Jan. 29, Fisher, who was operating his GMC Sierra, was struck from behind by Sandy driver Trever Lee, 33, who was traveling westbound on Highway 26 in a Ford F250 at a high rate of speed.
Lee was hospitalized and later transferred into the custody of the Clackamas County Jail where he is held on accusations of criminally negligent homicide, manslaughter, reckless driving and reckless endangerment of another person. Lee s bail is set at $500,000.
