A NEW coronavirus vaccination centre has opened in Warrington at the Village Hotel this morning, Thursday. The site, located in Centre Park, is being operated by online pharmacy firm Pharmacy2U to further support and protect the most vulnerable people in the town. The Warrington site is one of 12 run by the pharmacy chain across the country, with other locations including an Odeon cinema in Aylesbury and Newmarket and Aintree racecourses. When it is your turn to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, you will be contacted by the NHS with information on how to book your appointment. All vaccinations will be administered by a qualified healthcare professional and patients will be required to return for a follow up jab.

A supermarket in Wakefield is now being used as a Covid vaccination site as part of the mass vaccination programme.

Morrisons on Dewsbury Road is now open for vital Covid-19 vaccine centres to further support and protect the most vulnerable people across the country.
Vaccinations began yesterday following the launch of other Covid-19 vaccinations centres across the country by Pharmacy2U now totalling 12 sites.
