In February 2019, not long before her sister Molley, 19, and Molley’s boyfriend, Thomas Grill Jr., were brutally murdered outside of Hebron, Lindsey, now 25, had been accepted to New York Law School in Manhattan, part of her plan, after an undergraduate degree in finance at Loyola University in Chicago, to go into business law or securities regulation after law school on the East Coast.
The Indiana Supreme Court unanimously upheld a Gary man’s murder conviction in a deadly gas station shooting. The decision, issued Tuesday, reversed a lower Indiana Appeals Court decision in May that threw out Marquis Young’s case.
