Two restaurants have complained lately about the enforcement of Lewiston city regulations. Cowbell Grille & Tap decamped from downtown (to Yarmouth), and DaVinci’s Eatery closed for nine days because of a sanitation complaint. The owners mentioned the obstacles of dealing with city bureaucrats.
