There was an earthquake. The agency says a swarm like this is not unusual for the area. This area around san ramon through danville and to alamo is an area where we have had these types of swarms in the past. Based on whats happened in the past, the most likely scenario is that well not have a large damaging earthquake. Highway 101 is back open this morning after a deadly crash in San Francisco last night. Just before 11 00, dispatchers got a call about a body blocking the highways southbound lanes near 3rd street.
