Well get to our top story in a moment. Lets start by checking on the forecast with mark collins. Were seeing a later start to the sunrise today. Now, clouds are quickly replacing the sunshine. We have this complex of rain in the gulf of mexico. It is still about 150 miles out. Some of the stronger storms, but it is getting closer. As we back out, it is part of the broader band of rain and there are embedded showers and thunderstorms there. You can see the lightning here on our storm team 8 storm tracker. As we head through the afternoon, much of this rain is going to be moving in and i think it is going to be more of an afternoon type event.
