Daytona Beach, FL – Seventh Judicial Circuit Judge Michael Orfinger ordered 12-year-old Travis O’Brien to be held in secure detention for 21 days this morning (June 3). He found probable cause on a charge of attempted murder on a law enforcement officer, along with other charges. O’Brien and 14-year-old Nicole Jackson were involved in a shootout in Enterprise on Tuesday night. Jackson was shot and is reported in stable condition.
