Freezing rain, and i think time to get the snow around wilmington, philadelphia, more hours to go yet. Already snowing south jersey, intensity will continue to pick up. Snow lovers, loving this forecast if you live in central southern delaware, southern new jersey, potential for good plowable snowstorm over 6 inches of snow, from the system, and once the storm passes, just reinforce the cold air, so, fullon winter conditions throughout this entire weekend across the delaware valley. Some light snow falling out of the clouds, up around philadelphia, into the north. But a lot of that just is evaporating before it reaches the grounds, air is dry, it will take some time
Councilmember Helen Gym is proposing a bill that would require all Philadelphia public schools to install modern water filters wherever school water can be tapped by 2025.
