Spotlight on JFS at Home, which provides caregiving to elders in their homes

How does the agency benefit the community? Unlike for-profit home-care agencies, all proceeds from JFS at Home are donated to Rales JFS, which uses the funds to support a myriad of services for seniors who are in need of financial assistance, including home-care subsidies. According to Marissa Gordon, administrator for JFS at Home, the agency has seen significant growth over the past five years. With the coronavirus pandemic drastically altering the life of seniors, despite restrictions and social distancing, the organization’s numbers have continued to increase.
