ORION, Bataan - Police nabbed seven persons allegedly engaged in illegal drug activities and confiscated suspected shabu and firearms in a buy-bust operation in this town on Friday afternoon. In a police report on Saturday, Maj. Jeffrey S. Onde, Orion police chief, said caught in possession of shabu were security guard Allan Leoveras, 44, and live-in partner Annalyn Sabinorio, 37; Raymundo Malinao, 38; Armando Timblique, 25; Francisco Timblique, 33; Mary Ann Mahinay, 24; all of Barangay Daan Pari, this town, and Joey Gulia, 30, of Barangay St. Francis II in Limay. Confiscated were nine pieces of small transparent heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and firearms and ammunition consisting of an improvised shotgun, a caliber .38 revolver, and various live ammunition. Onde said the security guard and his live-in-partner were the first to fall in the drug operation after they sold to a police poseur-buyer a sachet of shabu in exchange for a marked PHP500 bill

Hill was shot after Officer Adam Coy and another officer, a woman who has not yet been identified, responded to a non-emergency disturbance call about a running vehicle outside a home on the 1000 block of Oberlin Drive. The officers arrived around 1:50 a.m. Tuesday and within about 10 seconds after first encountering 47-year-old Hill, Coy fired multiple shots.
After the shooting, Coy and other responding officers did not render any aid to Hill for several minutes, according to body camera video. Hill, who was not armed, was later pronounced dead at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital.
