Classics and Cocktails: “An American in Paris”: All month long, guests can stop in to see the Academy-Award Winning 1951 film (in technicolor!) and enjoy a themed cocktail. The Classics and Cocktail series gives guests the opportunity to experience classic films in our historic theatre–the way they are meant to be enjoyed.
Duke Energy Reels and Reading Series: “Pride and Prejudice”: Guests can enjoy a film for a great cause on Thursday, May 20 at 5:30 with “Pride and Prejudice” (2005). Tickets to the May 20 showing are free and include a small popcorn thanks to our friends at Duke Energy! Guests are encouraged to bring an in-kind donation of school supplies or a cash gift to support Marion County Literacy Council, Inc. when they attend any of the showings of “Pride and Prejudice.” This series is a part of the Duke Energy Sponsorship to Create Powerful Communities at the Marion Theatre.
