That fight escalated into a shooting and now a 17yearold girl is dead and her younger brother is on the run. An emotional Mario Tolliver is comforted by family outside the Apartment Building where police say his 14yearold son, mario, shot and killed his 17yearold daughter, justice tolliver. A young mother who is survived by her 2yearold daughter. Shes a good mother, a good person. Justice was a beautiful young lady. She was shes a young mother. Shes a caring she just wanted to be there for her daughter. Reporter the brother and sister argued inside their apartment before the shooting. It all started around noon today. Reporter several people tell me a brother and a sister were fighting. The brother upset that the sister put too much bleach on his clothes. They were just kids. Brothers and sisters arguing. Reporter that fight turned to gunfire and Mario Tolliver cannot believe it. Police are not serging for the 14yearold brother as are his family members. Trying to find out or catch up with him. He doesnt have a cell phone. Trying to catch up with him is impossible. I dont want the police to find him. They are calling him armed and dangerous. Police say 47yearold teresa badger served marijuanalaced food to her coworkers at a potluck Holiday Party in november. There were probably 15 or 20 people at the party, and i would say half of them developed symptoms or showed signs of being under the influence. Two guests who, worked with badger were taken to the hospital not knowing what they had eaten. A School Parent spoke to one. It was off yously something she ate. She was huh loose hallucinating. She was distraught. Another guest took some of the marijuanalaced food home and their 15yearold child ate it and got sick. It was learned that ms.
