DUBAI, 10th March, 2022 (WAM) The photo gallery of Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) opened yesterday at the headquarters of the International Humanitarian City in Dubai entitled "8 for the 8th of March", on the occasion of the International Women Day, which falls on the 8th of March of each year.
The gallery includes eight different photos highlighting female medical workers, midwives, refugees, and patients. These pictures were taken from different MSF projects such as Iraq, Lebanon, Madagascar, Central African Republic, Central Mediterranean.

DUBAI, 15th March, 2021 (WAM) DIHAD International Scientific Advisory Board DISAB has granted His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, The 2021 DIHAD International Personality Award for Humanitarian Relief as a gesture of international gratitude for His Highness’s continuous support and dedicated efforts in reinforcing humanitarian aid internationally, and as a token of appreciation for the UAE’s leading role in providing necessary medical aid and support for people around the world, especially in light of the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
