Richmond Police Stopped the vehicle he was in and he was arrested. Hunt for the suspected gunman who killed two men and injured a third early sunday morning at twin peaks, one of San Franciscos most popular tourist spots, ended monday when officers nabbed the man near a home on san pablo avenue. Police cars started together. We started seeing undercover police. Looks like they were trying to close in. Reporter the accused killer had been hiding out in his neighborhood. Thats too close to home. Three total. Reporter the gunman killed 19yearold reni moore and 21 yearold julio perez, both santa rosa. A third man was shot and remained hospitalized with life threatening injuries. The motive is not clear. Sources tell ktvu they do not believe the shooter knew the victim. Monday evening investigator spotted the suspect leaving the home in richmond and following in a car. They initiated a traffic stop and he was arrested. Where are you going to go . Wherever they tell me to. They already took my dog for me last week. Mac work crews were out cleaning the sidewalk and picking up trash. One worker told us he has been filling up about 80 big garbage bags per day this week. The city declared the area a Health Hazard and gave the people 72 hours to pack up, that was about 71 hours ago. The city says it has about 60 people in shelters, but many homeless have just moved to other streets. The mayor says he wants the tents gone, but he is still trying to take a humane approach. We are going to end this as best we can. We have alternatives that are better for them. They have to take a look at those options. For mac the city has issued a new order for homeless right near here, they have 72 hours for that. As of here, you can see there are still some tents. We do not see police or city officials.
