A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly exposing himself in front of a minor. According to the arrest report, Mario Quevedo was arrested after the mother of the child called dispatch reporting that Quevedo had come into her bedroom and exposed his genitals in front of her and her daughter.
