ALTON A woman who jumped from the Clark Bridge on Wednesday remains hospitalized in St. Louis.
Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido said the person is in stable condition. No additional information was available Friday morning.
At about 8:13 a.m. Wednesday, Alton Police were notified of a person pacing back and forth on the ledge of the Clark Bridge, according to Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido. Police arrived to see a person sitting on the outer ledge of the middle portion of the bridge.
