整场演出融合管弦乐、情景剧联唱、歌伴舞、舞蹈等形式并穿插党史知识答题环节，内容丰富多样，引导广大职工群众深入了解党的光辉历程、感悟党的初心使命，推进党史学习教育走深走实。“和富杯”线上红歌赛100强选手与泰达职工艺术团及滨海新区职工艺术团130余人参演。
汇演在管弦乐团气势磅礴地演奏《北京喜讯到边寨》中拉开帷幕。大合唱《我和我的祖国》唱出了中华儿女共同庆祝中国共产党成立100周年的澎湃热情，展现了人们对祖国的热爱。红歌情景剧连唱《映山红》《红星照我去战斗》《十送红军》《我们走在大路上》引领大家重温那段为国奉献、激情燃烧的岁月，展现了中华儿女在党领导下以不屈的革命精神迎来胜利的光辉历程。《启航吧，新时代》《新征程》等歌曲体现了全国人民在共产党的领导下齐心协力奔小康
