million dollars a month in certain cases. everyone associated with that vessel, the yards that build them, i know of no yards in russia, for example, that are capable of building up a sophisticated mega yacht. those vessels are built in yards in germany or the netherlands or italy. three european situations for the large yachts. and at every stage, vast numbers of people are benefitting from the yacht word. the crew, insurance breakers, dock owners, marina operators. there s a host of individuals that benefit from the yachting world. i would say very little yachting occurs in russia. it usually occurs in the
their boats, we re encouraging everybody that if their boat is trailerable to get it out of the water, secure your boats in the port. marina operators can certainly assist with that. but also importantly is to ensure that life jackets and emergency position indicators or radio beacons are also removed from boats. a lot of times a storm like this can kick those things free and put them in the water and signal there is possibly someone in the water which signals a false distress call. in the immediate aftermath of a storm, our resources are a little bit limited, and we need to focus on only those cases that are true search and rescue cases. you got inlets all along the coast, you have intercoastal waterway bridges. we heard in palm beach, miami-dade counties they ve closed down all those bridges. what can you tell us about that? is that common? is it sort of standard operating
edge right now? there s thousands of people that are on the edge right now. you have a total commercial fishermen, the charter boat, the guide industry, you have the infrastructures, the businesses, the marina operators, the restaurants that are in the immediate impacted area. all these businesses have been shut down for two months with no income coming in. there is definitely a lot of people that are on the threshold of financial devastation. we have a total environmental impact that s occurred. we now are going to see the results of what will this impact has done financially to a lot of people across the board unless they get some financial restitution immediately. it s past the point of a band-aid right now. we ve got mortgages, house payments, insurances. a lot of the these people are independent business people. they have to supply share own insurance. health insurance for their family, for their employees, for everything. all this is going on the wayside and it s not going to b
