That video of that confrontation on the flight from sfo to dallas has gone viral. American airlines has issued an apology an they are investigating. It viz shot by another passenger on board the flight leaving sfo for dallas. It captures the aftermath of the confrontation. In it, you can see the woman who speaks Little English holing her baby and pleading with the Flight Attendant. Passengers on the flight are accusing the Flight Attendant of hitting the mother with her childs stroller. The person who posted the video described it by saying a Flight Attendant violently took a stroller from a lady with her baby. The woman in the video was not the only one upset.
